КРИТЕРИИ И ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ ЭФФЕКТИВНОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫМ УЧРЕЖДЕНИЕМ В РЕГИОНЕ

Аннотация. В статье рассматривается проблема оценки уровня эффективности управления образовательным учреждением. В своем исследовании авторы исходили из позиции, что управление образованием в современных условиях это управление его инновационным развитием. На основе анализа научной литературы и педагогической практики, а также на основе изучения опыта работы администраций образовательных учреждений Луганщины, авторами были разработаны и представлены основные критерии оценки, эффективности управления образовательным учреждением. Цель статьи — раскрыть и охарактеризовать показатели каждого критерия эффективности управления образовательным учреждением: критерий 1-й – эффективность управления и управленческих решений, основанных на структуре управления, адекватной целям и задачам образовательного учреждения (далее – ОУ); критерий 2-й – эффективность образовательного процесса как результат профессиональной, инновационной и творческой деятельности педагогического коллектива; критерий 3-й – уровень социальной активности обучающихся и имидж ОУ в окружающей социальной среде как результат применения воспитательных и социально ориентированных практик в ОУ.
На этой основе были определены уровни эффективности управления образовательным учреждением (низкий средний высокий), которые дадут возможность как родителям, так и учащимся оценить возможности выбранного учреждения.

CRITERIA AND INDICATORS OF EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION IN THE REGION

Abstract. The article deals with the problem of assessing the level of effectiveness of the management of an educational institution. In their study, the authors proceeded from the position that the management of education in modern conditions is the management of its innovative development. Based on the analysis of scientific literature and pedagogical practice, as well as on the basis of studying the experience of the administrations of educational institutions of Lugansk region, the authors developed and presented the main criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the management of an educational institution. The purpose of the article is to reveal and characterize the indicators of each criterion of the effectiveness of the management of an educational institution: criterion 1 – the effectiveness of management and management decisions based on a management structure adequate to the goals and objectives of the educational institution (hereinafter referred to as the OU); criterion 2 – the effectiveness of the educational process as a result of professional, innovative and creative activities of the teaching staff; Criterion 3 – the level of social activity of students and the image of the educational institution in the surrounding social environment as a result of the application of educational and socially oriented practices in the educational institution.
On this basis, the levels of effectiveness of the management of an educational institution (low medium high) were determined, which will enable both parents and students to evaluate the capabilities of the selected institution.
