Аннотация.В современных условиях социально-экономических преобразований четко обозначилась необходимость развития системы базовых социально-гуманистических приоритетов в области дошкольного образования. Становится актуальным изучение социального запроса общества на дошкольную организацию, обеспечивающую условия для позитивной социализации ребенка.
В статье рассматривается вопрос о влиянии организационной культуры дошкольной организации на педагогические условия, на позитивное развитие личности дошкольника. Автор уточняет понятие и анализирует структуру организационной культуры, текущие потенциальные возможности и трудности, описание педагогических условий с позиций личностно-ориентированной педагогики, поскольку главной стратегической целью дошкольного образования является воспитание личности ребенка.
Целью статьи является изучение сущностных характеристик организационной культуры педагога дошкольного учреждения, основное внимание уделено проблеме изучения успешности педагогических условий через формирование организационной культуры педагога дошкольного учреждения средствами гуманистических технологий в развивающих условиях дошкольного учреждения.
В статье делаются выводы о специфике организационной культуры дошкольной организации, поскольку культивируемые в ней организационные отношения передаются воспитанниками. Следовательно, сложившаяся организационная культура образовательного учреждения может оказывать как положительное, так и отрицательное влияние на личность ребенка.

THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON THE CONDITIONS FOR ENSURING POSITIVE SOCIALIZATION OF A CHILD IN A KINDERGARTEN

Abstract. In modern conditions of socio-economic transformations, the need for the development of the system of basic socio-humanistic priorities in the field of preschool education has been clearly identified. It becomes relevant to study the social demand of society for a preschool organization in the implementation of its mission – the positive development of the child’s personality through the transmission of organizational culture.
The article considers the question of the influence of the organizational culture of a preschool organization on pedagogical conditions, on the positive development of the personality of a preschool child. The author clarifies the concept and analyzes the structure of organizational culture, current potential opportunities and difficulties, the description of pedagogical conditions of broadcasting from the standpoint of personality-oriented pedagogy, since the main strategic goal of preschool education is to educate the personality of a child.
The purpose of the article is to study the essential characteristics of the organizational culture of a preschool teacher, the main attention is paid to the problem of studying the success of pedagogical conditions through the formation of the organizational culture of a preschool teacher by means of humanistic technologies in the developing conditions of a preschool organization.
The article draws conclusions about the specifics of the organizational culture of a preschool organization, since the organizational relations cultivated in it are transmitted by the pupils. Therefore, the established organizational culture of the educational institution has both a positive and a negative impact on the personality of a child.
