Аннотация. В данной статье раскрыта роль внеурочной деятельности в воспитательном пространстве общеобразовательной организации, подчеркнута эффективность организации внеурочной деятельности в начальной школе, деятельность педагогических работников по созданию условий обучающимся для выбора занятий по интересам, исходя из возможностей общеобразовательной организации, с учетом запросов родителей (законных представителей). Приведены результаты по определению влияния реализации внеурочной деятельности в начальной школе на качество воспитательного процесса в общеобразовательной организации. На основе результатов диагностического исследования сделан вывод об усилении системной внешкольной, внеклассной и внеурочной работы по формированию духовно развитой личности, подчеркнута актуальность введения программы воспитания в общеобразовательные организации. В статье рассматриваются особенности организации воспитательной работы в общеобразовательной организации, раскрыто содержание каждого раздела программы воспитания. В статье также рассмотрена взаимосвязь разделов программы с другими документами общеобразовательной организации, индивидуальными планами классного руководства. С учетом этих требований даны рекомендации по разработке каждого раздела программы воспитания. Введение системной работы по организации воспитательной работы в начальной школе способствует формированию активной конкурентоспособной личности обучающихся.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES FOR NEW EDUCATION AT A PRIMARY SCHOOL

Abstract. This article reveals the role of extracurricular activities in the educational space of a general educational organization, emphasizes the effectiveness of organizing extracurricular activities at a primary school, the activities of pedagogical workers to create conditions for students to choose classes according to their interests, based on the capabilities of a general educational organization, taking into account the requests of parents (legal representatives). The results of determining the impact of the implementation of extracurricular activities at a primary school on the quality of the educational process in the general educational organization are presented. Based on the results of the diagnostic study, it was concluded that the systemic extracurricular work on the formation of a spiritually developed personality was strengthened , the urgency of introducing an upbringing program into general educational organizations was emphasized. The article considers the features of the organization of educational work in a general educational organization. It reveals the content of each section of the education program. The article also discusses the relationship of the sections of the program with other documents of the general educational organization, individual plans of the classroom leadership. Taking into account these requirements, recommendations on the development of each section of the education program are given. The introduction of systematic work on the organization of educational work in primary school contributes to the formation of an active competitive personality of students.
