Аннотация. Статья посвящена некоторым вопросам, связанным с управлением инновационной деятельностью в условиях дошкольной образовательной организации с использованием метода проектов. Исследован ряд работ, посвященных проблеме развития инноваций, разработке и дальнейшему развитию темы в рамках педагогической и экономической наук. С учетом практической деятельности охарактеризована этапность управления инновационной деятельностью в условиях дошкольной образовательной организации. Отмечена необходимость соблюдения определенной последовательности в управлении инновационной деятельностью. Описан алгоритм организации инновационной деятельности и некоторые особенности ее руководства. Определены ключевые направления осуществления инноваций в работе дошкольных образовательных организаций, сделаны рекомендации по их выбору во избежание непродуктивного распыления инновационной активности и инновационного потенциала организации. Представлен опыт внедрения инновационных технологий с описанием механизма управления инновационной образовательной средой дошкольной образовательной организации с учетом уровневой управленческой структуры и поэтапного управления инновациями. Приведены некоторые результаты констатирующего и формирующего этапов экспериментального исследования отношения педагогов к инновационной деятельности с использованием проектного метода в условиях МБОУ СОШ № 1 городского округа Орехово-Зуево Московской области. Сделан вывод о необходимости разработки различных направлений инновационной деятельности и важности данной работы как основы для дальнейших научных исследований. SUMMARY
ON THE QUESTION OF MANAGING INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES USING THE PROJECT METHOD T.V. Timokhina State University of Humanities and Technology Abstract. The article is devoted to some issues related to the management of innovative activities in a preschool educational organization using the project method. A number of works devoted to the problem of the development of innovations, the development and further development of the topic in the framework of pedagogical and economic sciences have been investigated. Taking into account practical activities, the staged management of innovative activities in the conditions of a preschool educational organization is characterized. The necessity of observing a certain sequence in the management of innovative activities is noted. The algorithm of the organization of innovative activity and some features of its leadership are described. The key directions for the implementation of innovations in the work of preschool educational organizations are determined, recommendations are made on their choice in order to avoid unproductive dispersion of innovative activity and the innovative potential of the organization. The experience of introducing innovative technologies is presented with a description of the mechanism for managing the innovative educational environment of a preschool educational organization, taking into account the tiered management structure and phased management of innovations. Some results of the ascertaining and formative stages of the experimental study of the attitude of teachers to innovative activity using the project method in the conditions of MBOU secondary school No. 1 of Orekhovo-Zuevo town district of Moscow region are presented. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop various areas of innovation and the importance of this work as a basis for further research.
