💾УСЛОВИЯ ЭФФЕКТИВНОГО ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ МЕТОДОВ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫМ КОМПЛЕКСОМ

Аннотация. В статье обоснована проблема отсутствия специальных механизмов руководства новыми организациями и обозначена необходимость поиска методов гибкого управления командообразующей деятельностью образовательного комплекса. Целью исследования намечен обзор особенностей применения наиболее эффективных методов и подходов управления развитием образовательного комплекса. Задачи исследования заключаются в теоретическом обосновании условий эффективного применения методов управления образовательным комплексом; определении лидерских качеств руководителя организацией; подборе комплекса методов управления. Для решения задач исследования предлагается использовать общенаучный подход: анализ научной литературы, подбор основной и дополнительной информации, сопоставительный анализ методов управления организацией, обобщение результатов предшествующих исследований и актуальных данных о процессах реформирования системы образования в разных регионах нашей страны, установление закономерностей и интерпретация полученных результатов. Результаты исследования: определены и систематизированы условия применения методов гибкого проектного управления. Актуальным и эффективным методом управления образовательным комплексом заявляется метод командообразования и организационно-ситуационное проектное управление. Обоснована ведущая роль директора при формировании стратегии развития комплекса. Академическая ценность исследования заключается в теоретических рекомендациях по применению комплекса методов, учитывающих разный уровень организационных культур входящих в комплекс учреждений. Практические рекомендации по использованию предложенных методов будут раскрыты в ходе дальнейших исследований.

ANALYSIS OF CURRENT METHODS OF EDUCATIONAL COMPLEX MANAGEMENT

Abstract. The article presents an overview of the current effective methods of flexible management of the team-building activities of the educational complex. As a means of solving the problem, the analysis of current methods of managing an educational organization with a focus on stabilizing the processes of reconstructing educational complexes is determined. The importance of the leading leadership role of the director in the formation of the development strategy of the new institution is noted. The selection of relevant methods was carried out on the basis of research findings obtained during the implementation of new administrative approaches in the management of reconstructed institutions. The analysis of traditional and flexible methods of organization management is carried out. The features of the application of flexible project management and the requirements for the professional competencies of flexible teams are described. The purpose of the study is to review the features of the application of the most effective methods, approaches and techniques of the management strategy for the development of the educational complex. As general scientific methods, the authors used generalization of current data on the processes of reforming the education system in different regions of our country; analysis of scientific literature; consideration of models of organizational structures available in practice and forecasting the successful operation of the matrix management model. The method of team building and organizational and situational project management is recognized as an actual and effective method of managing an educational complex. The practical significance of the study consists in the formulation of the prospects for choosing a set of methods of team building and flexible project management of educational complexes, taking into account the different levels of organizational cultures of the institutions included in the complex.
